Coral Gables Woman’s Club “Coral Gables Children’s Dental Clinic”  supports the operational needs of the dental clinic for school age indigent children whose parents can not afford costly dental care and usually are ineligible for public health programs.

Good Hope Equestrian Training Center “Horses Helping Heroes” provides 25 veterans with 40 free-of-charge equine assisted activities.  Each session incorporates 60 minutes of therapeutic horseback riding and 60 minutes of equine assisted activities in which each soldier learns to care for and bond with their program mount.

Hearing Research Institute “Hearing Aids for Needy People” purchases approximately 40 hearing aids as well as 5-10 special FM equipment systems for needy deaf children and adults.  Fitting these hearing aids and providing medical otolaryngology services are not cost to the patient.

Miami Lighthouse for the Blind & Visually Impaired “Heiken Children’s Vision Program” renews and expands the Heiken Vision screening and comprehensive eye examination and eyeglasses at the 8 DJTMF School Health Initiative schools for a total of 4,000 vision screenings.

Nova Southeastern University “JTM Oral Health Service Program” provides prevention/sealant and restorative care for children in the 2nd and 3rd grade, primarily minority uninsured and underserved in the North Miami Beach area in local elementary schools.

Open Door Health Center “Healthcare Access Program” supports the operation of the Open Door Health Center servicing the residents who are uninsured and living below poverty in deep south Miami-Dade.  All patients have incomes less than 200% of the poverty level.

The Sundari Foundation “Lotus House Women’s Shelter-Counseling for High Special Needs Homeless Women-Medically Need, Elderly and Safe Haven” provides for a families and youth psychologist for individual and group counseling sessions to the Safe Haven clients/women at Lotus House, 100% of whom have suffered from abuse, domestic partner violence, physical violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and/or other traumas.

Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Center “Equine Assisted Activities for Miami-Dade School Children with Disabilities” provides 30 low income special needs students (including autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and vision impaired/blind children) with full scholarships for a therapeutic horsemanship and horseback riding program.
